Kruger Pride Safaris is a small business operator providing a personal and friendly service. Your safari is our number one priority and is individualised to meet you particular needs. We can provide exclusive safaris for those who prefer not to share a vehicle with others or for group bookings. Owner/operator Kerry has over 10 years experience and only suitably qualified and experienced guides are used on our safaris. An open vehicle safari is a unique way to experience wildlife in their natural environment and get some amazing photography opportunities.

What To Expect
You will be taken on a open vehicle guided safari into the Kruger National Park with our qualified and experienced guides. Our guides will share their wealth knowledge of the fauna and flora of this vast eco system and help you locate the animals that you particularly want to see. They can not guarantee what sightings you will have but they will do their best to provide you with an unforgettable experience. NB - Kruger Park conservation / entry fees and meals are EXCLUDED and will be for your own account

5.00Fantastic day out with Hayley, who was an amazing guide. She had lots of interesting commentary and took the time to ask us what we really wanted to see so she could prioritise as we went through the day. We got lucky and saw 4 of the Big 5 by breakfast time! Thanks for a great day Hayley!

5.00We can totally recommend the safari. Our guide Tamsyn knows everything about the animals in Kruger and we learned a lot. We were able to see lions, rhinos, giraffes, baby leopards and much more.

5.00Our tour guide Hailey is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and knows a lot about the animals and their behaviour in the park. She is passionate, enthusiastic and brings us to see as many animals as possible during the tour. We saw the big 5 along with many other animals during the 2 days with her. She also really cares about her guests and answers all the questions we had. We learnt a lot from Hailey and really enjoyed our time with her. We strongly recommend this company for safari tours in Kruger.

5.00Kerry was our guide, and she was awesome. She has a deep knowledge and respect for the animals in the park. She got us into the park in time to photograph the sunrise behind giraffes. We also saw 3 cheetahs, 2 leopards, 2 lions, tons of elephants, lots of hippos, some african cape buffalo, tons of impala, giraffes, zebra, some nyala, kudu, warthogs, some baboons, and vultures eating an impala carcass (seeing cheetah or leopard is rare!). She provided blankets for us to use while it was chilly, and let us borrow her binoculars too. She has a really nice camera, so it would have been nice if she could share some photos with us, but I'm guessing that is a lot of extra work. It also would have been nice if we could get coffee at the vary start, but she takes you to a rest stop a few hours into the day which has a cafe. We went on a super hot day, which ended up being great because all the animals congregated at the river. Being in her truck enabled us to have a higher vantage point and see more than people in smaller cars. Thank you!

5.00Karry was a fantastic guide. She knows how to spot animals from afar, knows about animal biology and how the animals live and eat along with the same about plant life. She is a delight and being a guide is her calling. This was my 1st safari and I can't recommend this firm more.

5.00This was our fourth consecutive year heading out with Kerry for a full-day private safari, and once again, she exceeded all expectations. Kerry’s deep knowledge of the bush, her infectious passion for wildlife, and her intuitive understanding of animal behavior make every moment out in the field truly special. We were incredibly fortunate on this trip to witness some rare and breathtaking sightings: a lion pride on a buffalo kill, a leopard lounging on a rock outcrop, and a hyena suckling her cubs, all in one day! Alongside these highlights, we enjoyed the usual abundance of game, from elephants and giraffes to zebras and impalas, each encounter enriched by Kerry’s insightful commentary. What sets Kerry apart is not just her expertise, but her genuine love for the bush and her ability to make every guest feel part of the experience. 5.00My family and I did several private game drives with Kruger Pride Safaris in May 2025. Booking was very easy--I was able to arrange everything via email with Liz several months ahead of our trip. Liz was very easy to communicate with and even provided us with suggestions about other things to check out in and around Marloth Park. We were picked up at our house promptly for our drives by our guide/driver Tamsyn. We arrived at Crocodile Gate prior to the park opening and were able to enter as soon as the gates opened. Tamsyn was absolutely fantastic--she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Kruger Pride Safaris for anyone looking for a game drive from Marloth Park.
One word... Amazing.
