The White Swan Boat is a reference in the Tourism of the city of Porto Alegre. It is 40 meters long and 7 meters wide. Super easy site to visit and buy. The chat is responded quickly. The boat is great. Clean and careful. Security instructions, description of each place gentr sees. And a sonorous delta that magnifies the city and the state. Super recommend. I like it too much.

We took an Uber to the address shown on the Viator website but we could not find the entry point for the dock. A security guard sent us further along (south) but this was not the way to go. So we missed the cruise on the White Swan. I asked for a refund but was refused.

TripAdvisor did not have the correct meeting place for this boat cruise so we did not get there. The actual meeting point was several kms away because floods damaged access to the original meeting point.
