2.00The boat ride over to Salem was fine. The boat scheduled back to Boston, never showed up. We were at the dock 20min before hand and 30min after and it never came. We had to get a $70 Uber ride back. I got my money back but they would not reimburse my friend.

4.00We took the Ferry from Boston that is conveniently located right next to the New England Aquarium. The staff on the Ferry were very friendly and informative. The ride over was beautiful. The only thing is that during the ride, the gentleman that was narrating the information was very hard to hear. The sound system was very poor. It didn't matter whether you were up on deck or in the cabin area. This is why I gave a 4 star instead of a 5.
