Great tour! We had Sébastien as our coordinator and Jesús as our driver and they were excellent. They gave some great insights to the region during the drive up and sampled us and talked to us (in spanish and english) about the coffee of the region before we got to the Salt Cathedral. They gave us 3 hours to do the audio tour (which was a little more than an hour) and check out the shops and other exhibits in the mine. Then they provided a restaurant where we had reservations so we could eat some great local food. Then Sébastien took us on a brief walking tour of the area before we drove back down. Very well worth it to see the mine as well as the history and area around.

From the moment we entered the mines, the atmosphere was absolutely fascinating. The combination of geology, art and spirituality is palpable in every corner of the cathedral. Moreover, carefully designed lighting enhances the beauty of these works and creates a mystical and solemn atmosphere. Steven was very knowledgeable and provided a detailed explanation of the history and construction of this underground treasure, which further enriched our visit.
