I've been to see this more than once because it's an absolute must see and we keep taking other people there, it's truly amazing. It's actually so big that you can spend hours underground and still not have seen everything. There are some good local restaurants in the area to fill up on after you've finished too. If there is only one thing to see in Bogota area, this would be it. A good tip is to do this on a journey between Bogota and Villa De Leyva. There are (a little bit hidden away), some shops and Cafe's in the tunnel too which is a cool experience. See if you can find them!

Probably the best sightseeing near Bogota. This unique cathedral is a must see when you visit the town of Bogota. You must spend at least 3 hours there and join a group to learn more about the history of the cathedral.
