I went the day after New Years with Radu. The winery was closed so we looked for a substitute and went with Snagov Monastery. My favorite piece of the trip was the mines and might've licked the walls a couple times (Very salty 😅). The mud volcanoes were fun and unexpected... while the monastery was gorgeous and I even saw Vlad the Impaler's tomb! What topped off all these views was Radu's excellent commentary and our discussions about life & Romania.

Great guide, lots of useful information. He took us into the salt mines and to see the mud volcanoes. The winery tour was also interesting and good to tase some different wines.

Radu had a vast amount of knowledge about everything we asked about and the salt mines wine tasting and mud volcanoes were all given a good amount of time for the attractions

This was a relaxing tour. Perfect if your exhausted. Our guide was knowledgeable and answered all our questions with out going overboard, making us feel confortable. The salt mine was definetly worth seeing. We were lucky enough to get our tour and wine tasting directly from the owner. And all the wines were delicious. My only complaint is that each stop was 1.5 hours away from eachother, the volcanoes being the last stop is 3 hours from Bucharest. It's a lot of driving.

Amazing places to visit and our guide Adrian became like a part of our family. He was always beside us, sharing a lot of info on the history and got us around very efficiently!! We enjoyed very much this trip and we will never forget it!! The winery tour was great and the wines exceptional. Not to miss buying the local romanian variery Freasca Negra! Thank you so much for everything Adrian!!!!
