Excellent experience and well organised. The mines are amazing. The only criticism is we kept losing the speaking as we were at the back and as soon as she turned corners we lost the contact

I’d definitely recommend this tour, though if you’re limited on time I’d prioritise Schindler’s Factory or Auschwitz first. You can combine tours into one day, but it’s very long and tiring—we split them over separate days and found that much better. Pick-up was smooth and our driver was lovely, on time, and full of helpful tips. The guide was excellent—knowledgeable, patient, and gave us plenty of time in each room without feeling rushed. Headphones are provided, but check they’re charged as it’s hard to hear without them in a large group. There are short comfort breaks with shops for food and drink, but prices are high, so bring your own water and snacks. Be prepared for lots of walking, uneven ground, and very few places to sit. The temperature underground is comfortable, but you’ll need to walk down around 40 flights of stairs (there’s a small, crowded lift for the return). Overall, a very well-organised and fascinating experience that’s definitely worth doing—just plan ahead, wear good footwear, and give yourself time to enjoy it fully.

Worth a visit but does not take as long as described well not for us as seems a bit rushed.. also the lift at the end is definitely an experience.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience. The stairs down to the magnificent cathedral are not for the faint hearted. Our driver, Daniel, was brilliant getting us to & from the salt mine.

An incredible experience to step down into these catacombs. It really gave insight and a historical understanding of the work and the wear and tear of the mine could look like. A world-class construction, not to be missed!

Unique underground experience in a relatively large group without headsets, so it was not always easy to hear the guide, Kate. The chapels and salt water lagoons were beautiful.

Lots of steps!! But worth it! It was a very busy day when we visited so we were in quite a big group of people. It was a little bit difficult to hear the tour guide at times. But otheewise great trip and our driver Micbael was great. Really knowledgeable and helpful. Great trip.

Amazing 😍 there are near 900 steps down but an elevator ride up. Years and years of hard labour and toil. A very worthwhile experience. Our transfer was from our accommodation and back. Our driver was Matthew, who was a gentleman and courteous and prompt! Our only negative was that unfortunately our tour guide spoke low, and he had a very strong accent so none of our group heard the commentary - pity no earpiece/headset 😞

The tour its self was really good but our tour guide was very difficult to understand and she never waited for the group to gather so if you were at the back you missed half of the talk
