Mirabell Garden may be partially closed in winter time. Palace tickets are not included.
Church tours during mass and special events are limited, therefore the guide may provide all information outside.
You will visit only the courtyards of St. Peter’s Abbey.
Salzburg Cathedral tickets will be purchased on spot, during the church’s opening hours: Monday-Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm, and on Sunday from 1 pm to 5 pm.
Skip-the-line tickets to Fortress Hohensalzburg provide faster entry without queuing at the cash desk. Admission is for all areas of the castle complex and a round-trip funicular ride. We apologize for the inconvenience but due to funicular’s revision, from 13.01.2025 until 31.01.2025 you can only reach the fortress via the footpath.
Pickup service is available for accommodations for locations within 1,5 km away from the designated meeting point.

5.00From the river level it does not look as large as it is. Tickets were reasonable, get the upgraded one for another 3.50 E. The many dimensions and histories of this fortress are told in the various rooms and forms of construction as you pass though each stage of the walking tour. It is uncrowded and easy to navigate. This is a must tour in you are in Saltzburg.

5.00If I could give Marwan six stars I would. He gave us a wonderful tour of the city and the fortress all day and was a wealth of knowledge. Since my wife and I are academics, we appreciated the depth of knowledge that he had about the city and the willingness to show us all sorts of places. I especially appreciated his patience and willingness to accommodate my wife who has difficulty walking. This was a private tour and well worth the money.

5.00Wow, Salzburg is a wonderful historical site to visit. Igor was our guide for four hours and this was the BEST Viator guide we ever had. Thank you Igor for a great experience on our private tour. We enjoyed the sites of Old Town, Salzburg Cathedral, impressive peaceful cemetary, the love lock bridge, the Abbey, Mirabell Garden and learning about the conclusion of the von Trapp family plus so much more. Igor’s knowledge and English speaking were incredible!
