We reserved early and got 3rd row seats. Near perfect acoustics in the gold gilded room. Mozart played where he played..

The concert in the marble hall of Mirabell Palace was a memorable experience. Visiting the room where Mozart played for the archbishops of Salzburg was a privilege. We listened to "Mozart meets Vivaldi" played by the Ensemble 1756. We heard Vivaldi's The Four Seasons and Mozart's Divertimennto D-Dur and Sinfonie F-Dur. The ensemble performs on original instruments, including a harpsichord, to create an authentic 17th and 18th-century sound. The music and atmosphere was amazing and very moving. I highly recommend it.

The venue alone is a memorable experience. Viator's tickets for us were in the front row about 20 feet from the performers. We could see the music score and closely see their faces as they glanced at each other just prior to a solo. Talent was exceptional at a surprisingly reasonable price. This event was one of our trip highlights.

Not really a fan of classical music but thought I would book to get the overall experience of Vienna with the culture of classical music. The talent, the venue, everything was amazing! I now have a new found appreciation for not only the music but the people behind the instruments. Open your mind and experience culture from the past. You will not be disappointed.
