5.00Ruben was excellent guide, and was able to address any questions about Puerto Rico: you name it: culture, agriculture, government, history, restaurants, finance, architecture....a wonderful personality, too. Very caring and aware of his guests and where they are. I felt closer to the people of this island after being around him.

2.00The tour guide was nice enough however he drove past many of the “stops” and mentioned a few things about them . The time or 2 we got out of the car to see a particular place that was on the itinerary it was only for about 5 minutes. The tour was scheduled for 6 hours and we barely got 4. Zero shopping time or photo ops. Very expensive ride on the interstate. Disappointed and feel cheated

1.00The tour shuttle never showed up. Called the tour company directly and they informed me that no record of my booking on their system. I called Viator and they wanted me to call the tour company, luckily I already had and Viator said they would look into the matter. Viator tried looking for a similar tour for the following day at a higher price so I declined. Ended up booking directly with the tour company at a lower rate.

1.00Don't even bother with this tours from Pepeko Tours... We scheduled a tour for today April 15th 2025 paid in advance showed up 45 minutes early at the designated pickup spot and they never showed up. We messaged them numerous times, they never called us back and never showed up to pick us up. They didn't call us to cancel, they only rudely didn't communicate with us and left us stranded and wasted our time. We finally had to contact TripAdvisor and they provided a refund.Pepeko Tours ruined our day and they have yet to call to apologize. I recommend highly don't use this inconsiderate company as they are unreliable.
