What To Expect
Your designated Driver/Host will meet you inside Baggage Claim with a sign with the name on reservation at your time of arrival. Delays on flights happens often, is this happen to your flight or the flight before yours, you can expect a driver-delay of 30 minutes. The office will always be in contact with you to keep you updated on your driver's status. You will have your driver's name and phone 1-day prior reservation in case you need it. This is a one-way service. For a round-trip service please book this same product twice will all details corresponding to each service need it (pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, and a valid phone number - driver will be in contact with you before each service). For pick-ups at the SJU airport, the meetup location is at your Baggage Claim area. PICKUP and DROP-OFF Available at Airbnb, Hotels, Ports, Airports and any specified location in the selected municipality - San Juan. Please make sure to specify your pick-up and drop-off locations during booking. Same price for all travelers (kids and adults). 5.00We used One way transfers 3 times for a group of 6 and they were always a little early and that was awesome. Our driver Hector was amazing. They all were but I can’t remember their names. I highly recommend using this transfer service.

5.00Amazing experience! Our driver Hector was early and contacted us to let us know he was at the airport and ready when we were ready. No rush, he helped with all the luggage even to the cruise terminal. Very friendly and professional service and I highly recommend this company. They really know how to provide excellent customer service.

5.00We booked airport transportation from the San Juan airport to our cruise ship. The communication was great from day one. The team messaged me confirming which cruise line. When we arrived, I had an email and then received a phone call from the team letting me know my driver‘s name and his phone number. Shortly after our driver, Mr Hector, called me to let me know he would meet us in the departure. He showed up shortly after with a sign that had my name on it. It was a very smooth process from the beginning. I would highly recommend use this group for airport transportation.

5.00Our driver, Christian was AMAZING! He communicated with us prior to our arrival back to San Juan port. After our cruise we stayed 3 days in PR, He gave us great suggestions on places to visit and local food. We highly recommend using this service and will do so again on our next trip to PR.

5.00Our driver (JP) met us right at baggage claim and patiently waited as the airline was not as efficient as he was. Took us right to a comfortable right sized SUV and drove us to our destination with just enough discussion to make us feel welcome and curious about San Juan but not like he was trying to force conversation.
