What To Expect
Your designated Driver/Host will meet you inside Baggage Claim with a sign with the name on reservation at your time of arrival. Delays on flights happens often, is this happen to your flight or the flight before yours, you can expect a driver-delay of 30 minutes. The office will always be in contact with you to keep you updated on your driver's status. You will have your driver's name and phone 1-day prior reservation in case you need it. This is a one-way service. For a round-trip service please book this same product twice will all details corresponding to each service need it (pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, and a valid phone number - driver will be in contact with you before each service). For pick-ups at the SJU airport, the meetup location is at your Baggage Claim area. PICKUP and DROP-OFF Available at Airbnb, Hotels, Ports, Airports and any specified location in the selected municipality - San Juan. Please make sure to specify your pick-up and drop-off locations during booking. Same price for all travelers (kids and adults). 5.00They are wonderful and I highly recommend. The communication is clear before and during the trip. We needed to adjust our timing with the majority of our bookings during our two week trip. They were understanding and accommodating. I plan to look for this company not only when in Puerto Rico but in any of their locations.

5.00JP was awesome! He was so easy to find at baggage claim and he showed us where to find our bags and waited patiently while we collected our MANY bags! We didn’t feel rushed at all and he helped us load everything into the van. There was plenty of space for all our luggage and 8 people :) JP was very kind and made conversation with us and gave us some tips about the area. He also had ice cold bottled water for each of us which was a lifesaver after traveling all day with 3 back to back to back flights and running to make connections. I would definitely book with JP again and have only good things to say about our experience. Thank you!
