  Amei, was a dream and to improve our guide was an authentic professional and still spoke English, Portuguese and Spanish, a total dream. Me and my daughter loved, the way she showed us the places, the care in explaining everything, was perfect and recommend.

  Rossana has really been a great guide. She is super friendly, took photos of us in every place and answered all our questions. We were always allowed to take the time we needed. A really successful guided tour in Santa Claus Village and Park. It was really great fun and was a great experience.

  We had a wonderful time at Santa Claus Village and Santa Park thanks to our kind guide Gaudy. We visited all important places and she was always available for our questions. The tour was very well organised in all means, especially of transport, food and time management.

  I cannot praise the tour company enough. From start to finish this was the easiest process of booking and they were so good at keeping in contact and me well informed asking all relevant questions to make our experience as hassle free as possible. Leading is leading up to the event gaudy was in constant contact with me via phone and email. I am autistic and find booking these things very hard but she made this process so easy. I also informed her that my son is autistic six years old and she was very happy to make arrangements such as Q jumps to make our experience less stressful due to disability. On arrival at the pickup point, she was waiting with a beaming smile and such a positive energy. As I as I explained, my son is autistic and does not really like to interact with other adults and he definitely does not like to be touched by anybody but myself when guiding him through traffic car park, etc. Gaudy had such a great energy about her that he took to her straight away. I have never been able to take my son away and be able to take my eyes off him or even be able to enjoy any of it myself as I have to keep a constant eye on him however Gaudy was more than amazing at keeping him entertained and realising when I was getting overstimulated due to certain things such as loud noises, crowds. Although there is an itinerary to the day Gaudy was amazing at making sure that everything we needed happened at the times we needed it to even if it meant to change up the order. I could praise her constantly there was not one negative thing I could say about her. I wish every place I went to I could have staff members that were so loving and caring towards their customers the whole day if we ever separated she kept in constant contact and I felt very reassured and at ease. I was able to enjoy the day and having her guide us really made the world of difference. This has been the best holiday. Our visit to Santa’s village was our highlight and that is purely due to how amazing Gaudy is at her job.

  This tour is perfect for those who don’t want to navigate the parks filled with people. You don’t have to worry about what line to get in where to get tix, and the guide gets you through the parks so there’s no “where’s this where’s that” That one star review - oh the village was out of gifts … how is that the tours fault ? At no time were we rushed, and like I said, it was nice not having to go through the thousands of people going “where do I go next?”

  SANTA PARK IS AWESOME. THE ELVES WERE AMAZING & STAYED IN CHARACTER THROUGHOUT. 4 & A HALF HOURS & COULD HAVE STAYED LONGER. SANTA CLAUS VILLAGE IS OVER PRICED OVER RUN WITH SO MANY VISITORS. QUEUE TO SEE SANTA WOULD HAVE TAKEN OVER 3 HRS TO DO. STAFF IN SHOPS ETC VERY HELPFUL
