5.00A fantastic and inspiring experience on a perfectly organized tour...that's a 10/10 Rating from us. We were blown away by the perfect communication by Ignacio through a WhatsApp-Group, a favorable timeplan for the day and the convenient and very timely Pick-Up at our Hotel. Ignacio, our exceptional Tourguide, gave us well presented and detailed information on all aspects of our tour and the sights we visited. We had free time in Valpo to choose our preferred restaurant for lunch and got valuable recommendations from Ignacio. This Tour starts in Viña del Mar which gives additional freedom and lots of time in Valpo...it can't get any better than that. You just really need to relax and enjoy a memorable trip. 200% Recommend!

4.00This is a quaint walking tour highlighting stairs and artwork. Cute stop to see the sea lions, pelicans and seagulls by the water. The winery portion was rushed and not that interesting although the property was nice.
Superb tour, great way to see Valparaiso and so much more. Fantastic value for money.

5.00From start to finish the day was fantastic. We were kept totally informed with regards to timing 24 hours prior to tour start to pick from our hotel. Fernando gave us so much information throughout the trip and spoke fluent English. Various quick stops for photo opportunities (flower clock and Easter Island head), great scenery, fab stop at the fish market, superb tour of Valparaiso and lovely wine tasting in the Casablanca valley. All in all a superb day, loads to see, lots of knowledge gained and fantastic value for money. Not forgetting our driver who was also excellent 👌

5.00This tour company was very responsive and took my late reservation for the next morning. On time. The tour guide was really great in English. The tour was moderately interesting. I don’t think there was all that much to see in Viña del Mar. The walk-through Valparaiso was fun. Vineyard tour would’ve been great except the wine wasn’t especially good and we only tasted two.

3.00The good: Oscar, Our tour guide and Jose our driver are wonderful people and made the trip worthwhile. Oscar gave us an excellent introduction to Chilean history, culture and the Chilean flag. Also, the organic vineyard and wine tasting was fun. However, Valparaiso and Vina del Mar were disappointing. Maybe it’s the misty weather but we found Valparaiso to be a bit run down and unkept. Dog poop accompanied by the ever present odor of urine and a lot of graffiti detracted from the experience of the murals. If you take this trip check the weather first, and book it with Oscar and Jose.

5.00Cristian was a great guide! He gave many tips about Valparaíso and one could tell he's in touch with many of the artists around the city, so he gave particularly good info about it rather than just passing around it while people take pictures. Also, while he did advice on eating in one particular restaurant, we were free to go wherever we wanted for lunch - but his advice was to be trusted for sure. The tour goes from the upper part of Concepción hill down to El Plan, so it's well-recommended for older people or tired tourists that don't want to climb from one hill to another. And the Casablanca Valley stop is super cool for those who want to learn more about wine-making irrigation techniques!

5.00Oskar was an excellent guide with lots of knowledge to share and patience to spare. The weather was cloudy and we didn’t get the views we would have liked but it was still an excellent day and I recommend this company.
