Immerse yourself in the neighborhoods of Santo Domingo city on this walking tour about 5 minutes away from the colonial zone. During this half-day excursion, follow your local guides born and raised in these areas to view some of the local hidden places, stop by our neighborhood sign, visit a typical house, taste typical local Dominican patties or authentic dominican burger (burger is offered in the afternoon tour and we call it "chimi"), taste dominican coffee, Dominican ice cream (helado de fundita), get to know the studio where most of the dembow hits have been produced and where celebrities have met, fantastic views of Santo Domingo from above our cable car and ride our modern metro.

This car will take us through the heart of various neighborhoods of the Dominican capital seing changing type of colorful houses and buildings, driving by one if the most important rivers of Santo Domingo and visiting to our local sign.

5.00Best authentic & the only barrio tour in Sabyo Domingo! Mike was our guides and gave us an incredible experience. They spoke English and provided extra care and attention to any questions we had. Best believe you will be safe and well fed. Theres lots of treats throughout the tour. It was enlightening to see the incredible work and improvement the government has put to low income areas of Santo Domingo. Don't miss out on these tours your next time in the city!
