Had an excellent time in Sapa with the Sapa Sisters. We thoroughly enjoyed trekking in the valleys and mountains, through rice paddies and villages. The views were amazing and we gained lots of insight into the local culture and livelihood of the villagers. At the start of each route, we were allowed to choose between easier or more challenging/muddy paths so that the trek was tailored to our physical ability. We mostly went with the “medium” difficulty which was definitely challenging enough. The paths can be steep and dangerous at times but our guide always made sure to help us along and move at a comfortable pace. Our guide, Chi was knowledgeable and fun. She was very familiar with all the paths and we felt very safe in her hands. She was also great company during the treks, telling us a lot about how the locals lived, including her own life. She was full of the indigenous knowledge of the land and introduced us to many local plants, such as those that can be used for medicine, herbs, cooking, and clothes-making. She was happy to answer all our questions and we enjoyed our moments of reflection with her too. Her company was what really made the trip for us. Our homestay was very welcoming, served great food and facilitated a fun time for all the travellers. Facilities were well maintained and comfortable, making the stay thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, we went expecting a fun trek and great views but left with so much more. We felt like we had connected with the land and people there, despite our short stay. It was truly a lovely and eye-opening experience.

Booked the "medium/hard quiet trail" add-on and was amazed by the beauty of the landscape and me being the only tourist most of the time. We ended up with 2500m in elevation and 51km in 3 days. Also really enjoyed the homestays, especially the "Hmong Family Homestay." My guide definitely knew the area, and it was great to get to know her family. Also a big thanks to Sapa sisters customer support that always replied promptly and addressed my requests quickly.

This was really unforgettable!! 😃😃 We had an amazing three days. They customize the treks to your liking. Our guide Mao was sooo friendly, very funny and knew a lot about the region. We saw so many beautiful views and villages. We stayed at Mao’s house and also at her mother’s house. Sapa Sisters is a very good organization, don’t hesitate to book here!

This was a highlight of our month long trip to Vietnam. Trekking through the beautiful landscapes and chatting with our guide Pen was something we will remember for a long time. We loved spending time with Pen and the families we stayed with, and we are so grateful to them for sharing about their way of life and culture- we learnt more than we ever could reading about it online! We also enjoyed meeting fellow travellers along the way and at the homestays. Everything was meticulously organised and ran smoothly, with good accommodation and food, including vegetarian options. Pen tailored the trip to us, and was very attentive. You won't regret booking with Sapa Sisters. We hope to visit again! Wishing them continued success! Kam and Immy (UK).

We did the 3 day trekking tour with our guide Lang. She knew the surroundings well and led us through remote areas. Since we are sure-footed and have alpine experience, we were able to take the adventurous (“cross-country”) route and enjoyed it. We were allowed to sleep at 2 locals home. The accommodations were clean, the hosts super nice and the food good.

We trekked for 3 days with our guide Pen. I'm not particularly fit (I can't remember the last time I went to the gym!), but there were options for more challenging or easier routes. The views were incredible, food was some of the best I've ever eaten and learning about the different cultures and nature was superb. Thanks so much to Pen for accompanying us - she was amazing

Amazing experience. We spent three days hiking in the mountains guided by Lang. Excellent guide. The stay at the Hmong Sister’s was great. They gave us a good welcome and both the food and the room were very good. I would repeat the experience with Sapa Sister’s.

We had a wonderful stay around Sapa, walking these incredible landscapes of rice fields and bamboo forest, passing through villages, tasting the freshness of the waterfalls. Mao our warm and considerate Guide, followed our pace (we chose each time the options "easy") and taught us along the way a lot about the landscape and Hmong culture. She welcomed us in her homestay run by her family, which enjoys a superb view of the rice fields. Her husband is an excellent cook, each meal was a feast of varied and fine dishes.

We did a 3 day 2 night trek in Sapa organized by the Sapa Sisters, and it was amazing! We were guided by Little Zo and she was the best guide we could have hoped for. Very kind, informative and enthousiastic, and made sure our trek in Sapa was without any issue. The Sapa Sisters organization and communication was flawless, and the private guide system made the trek way more interesting and unique. Would defenitely recommend
