On your way to the Belegrade from Sarajevo, or vice versa, it is great idea to see some of the must see attractions of Eastern Bosnia / Western Serbia- Visegrad, Andricgrad and Drvengrad.

First of them is Visegrad, that has long and rich history. The thing that makes it special is the famous UNESCO protected Old Stone Bridge, the endowment of Grand Vizier Mehmed Pasha Sokolovic.

Next stop is Andricgrad-known as Kamengrad or Stone city. It is a project of famous film director Emir Kusturica, inspired by Nobel prize winner, Ivo Andric.

Also, you will visit Ethno Village Drvengrad-means Wooden city, which beauty will left you withouth a breath. Another thing you will definitely enjoy is Mokra Gora, the most unique Sargan Eight ride - an old-fashioned narrow-gauge railway. The last stop is your final destination - Belegrade

This tour can be arranged to start in Belegrade and end-up in Sarajevo, on your request.

  • A great way to travel

We enjoyed the transfer tour very much - It was a great way to travel from Belgrade to Sarajevo seeing the country side & riding the train along the way. The highlight was chatting to Alem our driver and getting his insights to the local areas , the culture and the history.

We did the transfer tour from Belgrade to Sarajevo. Vedad is a great (and genuinely funny) guide. We appreciated his perspective on the modern history of the Balkans, and his personal stories prepared us for what we would see in Sarajevo and Bosnia. This was an efficient and cost effective way to see the main tourist attractions along the way to another city without having to book separate day trips. We booked a few other tours with Meet Bosnia and rate them highly.

Thanks Vedad for an enjoyable and informative day! We appreciated your personal perspective into the Siege of Sarajevo. Beautiful countryside experienced through the journey crossing Serbia into Bosnia & Herzegovina. Thanks also for the recommendation for dinner at Ferhatovic where we enjoyed our first meal in Sarajevo.

This was an interesting trip through the countryside. Our guide was great. There was a stop at a "fake" Serbian village used as a movie set that we had little interest in for which tickets had to be purchased. There was also a train trip that would have cost extra but we chose not to do it due to time considerations. The trip would be 5 star except for those. The best stop was the Bridge over the Drina made famous by a book by the same name by Nobel Prize winner Ivo Andric.

Great way to travel from Belgrade to Sarajevo with plenty of stops to enjoy beautiful scenery, towns and sites along the way, including a train ride around the gorge. Muamer our driver was excellent. He was always happy to share information on the history and culture and was a great driver/guide.

This was a great way to see more of both B&H and Serbia. Glad I made the choice to do this vs. the overnight bus. While the sights were great to see the real reason I had such a great time was my guide and driver Ennis. He was so informative with the sights and also explained the different options I had to customize the tour. We had some great conversations throughout the journey as well to make the drive time pass quickly.

  • Vedo is the best!

It was the perfect day! I didn't realize it would be a private tour, but even better! Vedo, my guide, was full of anecdotes and stories about his life in Sarajevo and made sure that I was happy with the trip. The drive through the mountainous winding roads was rejuvenating! We made several stops along the way, but finally approaching Sarajevo I was unexpectedly charmed! What a beautiful city nestled in a valley!
