Our guided kayak adventure is the best of its kind in the area! Our expert guides are Florida Master Naturalists with vast knowledge of the local flora and fauna, as well as the fascinating local history! We get to kayak for a living! We never lose sight of that, and we show you our appreciation by keeping you safe, and making sure you enjoy our "office" as much as we do! We keep our groups small to ensure your safety and enjoyment. Our equipment is high quality, well kept, and safe.

What To Expect

Join us for an unforgettable guided kayak adventure through Sarasota Bay and the world famous Lido Key Mangrove tunnels. We start our tour with a detailed paddle lesson teaching you basics of kayak operation and safety! We then venture out to the open areas of Sarasota Bay -- searching for wildlife encounters with some of our favorite local residents: manatees, Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, stingrays, American bald eagles, osprey, countless bird and fish species, and so much more. From there, we take our guests to the most majestic mangrove forrest you will ever see! We paddle through lazy streams of crystal clear water under a protective canopy of mangroves trees. Our guides will keep you safe, entertain you with dad jokes, and teach you all about the the flora, fauna, and history of this amazing area! Our tour starts and ends at the same water access point at Ted Sperling Nature Park. PLEASE CHOOSE AND ADD TO CART TANDEM FOR 2 PEOPLE RIDING TOGETHER AND THEN GO BACK TO THE SINGLE OPTION TO ADD A SINGLE KAYAK TO YOUR CART FOR SOLO OPERATORS. An amazing adventure kayaking down the mangroves. Our tour guide Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable of the various wildlife and birds. Easy paddling. We did a doubles kayak. A few shallow areas to avoid when tide is out. Very peaceful and lovely seeing the birds in their natural habitat. Take a change of clothes as you get a wet seat. Flip flops needed if you go on the beach. Highly recommend.

Awesome adventure with Kenny as our tour guide. He was knowledgeable about the Bay and the mangroves that he took us through, and even had jokes for us. I'd recommend this tour if you are looking for something to do in the Sarasota area. It was also really reasonably priced for the two hours.

Awesome, easy paddle around Sarasota’s wonderful mangroves and mangrove tunnels. Guide Stephen provided great insight into the nature we saw as well as interesting historical perspectives about the area. Easy to recommend!

Our guide Steffan was very knowledgeable about the ecosystem and the local history. He made everyone in the group comfortable, and his stories about growing up in the area were hilarious.

Very cool. Cody was a great guide. Lots of information. Coming from Minnesota, the mangrove tunnels were an entirely new experience.
