5.00I wish the agency had informed you that they had a parking lot. We kept looking for places to leave the car, hard to find on the street. We leave in a nearby parking lot, but for R$ 50,00. The tour was very good, attentive staff. We only wasted half an hour waiting for a tour group and then it rained, preventing us from taking advantage of one of the stops. But it wasn't the escuna staff's fault.

1.00Total disorganization, totally wrong time asked to be in the agency 10:15 being the scuna only leaves 12:00, leaving waiting in a queue standing for more than an hour Do not pass the information that the lunch would be at 5:00 p.m. and on board no options of snacks or food to buy i.e. from 10:00 to 17:00 we were without food, horrible experience due to lack of information Only two small groups with 02 guides who take appetizers, so you can watch 10 people eat and the rest have nothing to buy for this long period
