What To Expect
Have you ever wondered what it is like to breathe underwater? This 3-hour program is an exciting and easy introduction into the picturesque underwater landscape of Cyprus with its crystal clear and calm waters. It includes a 20-30 minutes comprehensive classroom lesson before the dive, explaining everything you need to know about diving. After the theory session we will kit you up and drive 2 minutes down to the beach around the corner. You will take your first breath underwater. Something you will never forget! In shallow water we are practicing a few skills to develop confidence. Once you feel comfortable, we will have a 30-45 minute tour in Blue Bay to a maximum depth of 6 meters. You will have the chance to feed the fish and have some photographs taken. After the dive, we will go back to the dive school, have some refreshments while you are watching your photographs on TV. At the end we will drive you back to your hotel. Our group sizes are limited to only 2 students per instructor or one family per instructor.

5.00What an amazing experience with Taba Scuba Dive Centre! Me and my partner went scuba diving for the very first time, and the whole experience was incredible from start to finish. The instructors made us feel completely safe and comfortable, explaining everything clearly and helping us build confidence before entering the water. Once underwater, it felt like entering a whole new world – a true 3D experience in the sea! Seeing the marine life and exploring beneath the surface was absolutely breathtaking. The team were professional, friendly, and passionate about diving, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to scuba diving and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended for anyone, especially first-time divers looking for an unforgettable adventure!

5.00Very nice group of professional, welcoming instructors. I started with open water, added some specialty courses for fun, and ended with more fun dives... To fill a total of nearly 2 weeks. Everything has been excellent, and I might even come back for a short visit, only to get my advanced there and say hi.

5.00I have not enough fingers or toes to count upon the number of dives I have had with these wonderful bunch of folk. Very welcomed back, it’s such a pleasure to see them all once again. This year the Superman Pete took me for the first time to dive the Musan sculpture park. It didn’t disappoint, very peaceful , and colourful it was. Blues and greens all the way out and back, a memorable dive indeed. A refresher dive was needed for me as I gave not been under the water since last year. After this it was all systems go. So many photos were taken , videos also. These guys are so friendly, helpful, full of knowledge, and patience I will add 🫣😁 so if you are in the area and are thinking of giving scuba a try these guys should be your priority!. 5.00Today, I accomplished something I never dreamed I could do. Having a fear of going under water and the sea, and having never even snorkeled before, I completed a try dive with Taba Diving Centre, Paralimni, Cyprus. It was once of the most amazing experiences of my life. Initially, I had a few wobbles and almost quit. But thanks to Manuel, our amazing dive instructor, I continued. He was so calm and patient with me and didn't make me feel under pressure at all. He held my hand all the way through, giving me lots of reassurance. I cannot thank you enough Manuel. If you are wanting to have a go at diving, these guys are amazing and what a stunning location to have a go 👌🏻🫶👍🏻

5.00We went on two beginner dives with Manuel and Pete. Awesome guides, they explained everything in detail and took very good care of us. The dives were amazing, so many fish to see, statues to take cool photos with and history you can experience. Definitely recommend!

5.00My sister and nephew booked onto the discover scuba experience and my self being already qualified tagged along. We had Steve who as fantastic at running through the basics making it enjoyable and well detailed on the basics. On the dive from the beach my sister an nephew practiced the basics and steve made them feel safe and secure. We managed to see an octopus, ornate wrasse bream and an sea horse aswell as a couple of status. Will be booking a proper dive excursion on my return. Thoroughly recommend this dive centre

5.00We did the bubble maker experience as my son is 9. Very professional, felt safe and well taken care of throughout the whole experience. Instructor was patient and clearly explained the techniques in a way my son could understand. We are looking to come again next year when my son is 10 to get qualified. We were picked up from our accommodation and dropped off, all equipment provided. Fantastic value for money and I’d recommend to anyone looking to try something different.
