Paddling at the foot of the imposing mount Taygetos, we discover the wild beauty of a place that was never conquered. Sea Kayaks give us the opportunity to explore inch by inch the rich in imagery and diversity indented coastline of the Mani. We paddle in warm turquoise waters, exploring hidden coves and impressive rock formations. We visit sea caves and discover idyllic beaches sprouted between the rich in history and tradition coastal fishing villages of the region.

Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
The activity includes a 30 minutes preparation time, 2 to 2.5 hours paddling exploration, 1 to 1.5 hours free time for picnic, relaxation, snorkelling, swimming, diving and other activities.
We recommend you take with you: water, hat, sun cream, towel, swimsuit, extra pair of shoes that will get wet. Suitable shoes are lightweight trainers, flip flops, sandals or sea shoes. Avoid bulky shoes.
Please note we reserve the right to modify or cancel any outdoor activity due to bad weather or technical difficulties.

5.00We did multiple trips with Explore Messinia, three sea kayak trips and one e bike trip. We have done a lot of traveling and a lot of guided adventure tours. Explore Messinia really stands out as an excellent company with great trips, great leadership, historic knowledge, and great equipment. We had booked four days of kayaking but weather wasn't cooperative with our initial plans. We were so happy that the company was flexible, dates and plans were changed, yet every day was fantastic. We were particularly lucky to spend three days with Giorgios who was not only a wonderful guide, but became our friend. I highly recommend you use this company for any one of their excursions.

5.00An absolte must do when you're in Kardamili :)! We had an amazing time with George, he told us great stories about the surrounding area and took us to the most beautiful places! And we even had the honour of being greeted by a seal!

5.00This was an extraordinary experience. George and Panos made sure everyone was comfortable in their kayaks and explained all maneuvers we needed. The scenery was spectacular and paddling into a cave was incredible. They helped us tie up and go into a blue cave by foot and one had the option of immersing in water at the back. I am not the most agile and they were helpful and reassuring. We stopped on a beach on the return trip for a delicious picnic. One of the highlights of our 21/2 week Greek trip.

5.00Awesome experience! Awesome, personable, and knowledgeable guides who explained not only the proper techniques of kayaking, but the history and fun Greek mythology along our route as well! The 2 cave experiences (especially the “Blue Cave”) were a unique and beautiful experience. Beautiful scenery. Highly recommend this excursion with this company!

5.00Our kayaking trip was fantastic with top shelf boats and all knowing guides, Yiannis and Panos! They were skilled at their craft and safety was number one. The cave explorations and picnic lunch at Foneas Beach were highlights of our day. We would do it again! It's a unique way to explore the rugged Mani coastline!
