The penguins exhibit was really fun to watch as well as all the fish & sting rays swimming around me. All the exhibits were well done and informative. We learned a lot about sea life that we did not know before. Glad we went.

Trying to download the ticket as a nightmare. The venue said I needed a timed ticket. I had to go back and the rest of my group entered an hour earlier so we did not get to enjoy it together. Viator says all your tickets are on the APP, no need to screen shot. I had to screen shot and it was a fias

This facility is quite dated, could do with some investment in latest presentation technology. Amazing thing is that when the feedback is not so good, you are being requested to fill in the minimum text requirement. This is the last time I take part in this racket!

We were hoping to see more sea life, but still a good experience. It was extremely hot and it was overcrowded. The Penguin ride ended up being closed as a result. Not enough room to stop and enjoy attractions as it felt rushed because of the mass of people let in at a time.
