During the drive to our hotel, he was courteous, professional, and shared helpful information along the way. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and Rob drove safely while still getting us to our destination efficiently. I would absolutely recommend him and would gladly book with him again!

4.00Pick up point was in front of Winn Dixie, but we took that to mean on the airport side and not across the street so we didn't see his sign. We had issues with my on line Visa so we were 30 min late, but the driver was nice enough to wait. Our hotel had two locations and he took us to the wrong one first, but it wasn't that far away. The traffic was horrible, so we felt bad. He did go above and beyond to get our bags to reception.

4.00Romy provided excellent service. Whatsapp was used for communication in English. Even better though was Romy sent pictures of himself, where he was located, and the sign with my name on it to help with identifying where we were to meet up. He carried all our luggage the long distance from the arrival area to the vehicle. We were driven safely to the resort.

5.00Our driver Didi was great. Contacted me the night before to confirm flight and destination, then again when he arrived at the airport. As we walked outside he was easy to find holding a sign with my name. Very friendly and very safe, will definitely use again.
Best car transfer in our six weeks of Asia travel.

1.00Driver wasn’t there. He messaged to say he would be 90 minutes which is not what the booking is for. Now chasing a refund which is hand balled from Viator. I’ll never use again.
