5.00Robb picked us up from the airport. Before hand he had really great communication, was super friendly and happy to stop off along the way if needed. He was also really easy to find at a busy airport. Would book again.

5.00Excellent transfer. Robb our driver was ready and waiting with a board with our name on at the airport. Got us to the hotel quickly and safely with lots of tips of what to do in Bali. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

5.00Our driver Rob was patient waiting as we went thru customs that took extra long. Kept communication on WhatsApp and was so courteous! Our drive was painfully long… estimate they gave us was 45 min. Boy were they wrong.. wish they updated these estimates for major holidays. I think normally 45 min for our route is normal but December holidays made our drive 2 hours to get to hotel! Bali traffic is no joke. Despite that our driver was patient and drove safely thru the rain. He spoke English and was efficient. We needed a quick stop at a currency exchange and he took us to a legitimate place. Really appreciated him. Would use again!

5.00Customs clearance at Bali was a breeze, first time travellers using this pick up, just keep walking out of the terminal, once you get out there all the various Drivers are waiting with signs waiting to go. Andy our driver even sent a WhatsApp greeting just letting us know he was outside awaiting our arrival which was reassuring as there are numerous people offering lifts, especially the taxi drivers.

5.00My driver, Rob, was so friendly and kind to me. On the way to the hotel, he stopped at a coffee plantation which was absolutely amazing. He was very accommodating and talked a lot about the local culture and things to see and do. It was very refreshing to have someone who was so accommodating, not knowing what to expect in Bali and traveling solo. Part of my amazing experience in Bali had to do with the first interaction I had with anyone there, which was Rob! Thank you so much.
