5.00Arriving in a new place can be overwhelming, but Mr. Rambo, our driver, helped ease our concerns the day before our flight. He made sure to inform us of what to expect when we landed, including where to go and what would happen. Even upon arrival, he sent photos showing where to meet him and where others were waiting. He drove us for about three hours to our destination and kindly offered to be contacted for future transportation needs. We took him up on his offer, as Amed is a very rural area where taxis are hard to find.

From booking the transport service all the way to arrival, Rib was in constant contact with us, and once we got out of the airport he helped us with our luggage, and gave us a good amount of information and tips about Bali and the area we are staying in. I would definitely book again whenever I need transportation in Bali
