5.00Customs clearance at Bali was a breeze, first time travellers using this pick up, just keep walking out of the terminal, once you get out there all the various Drivers are waiting with signs waiting to go. Andy our driver even sent a WhatsApp greeting just letting us know he was outside awaiting our arrival which was reassuring as there are numerous people offering lifts, especially the taxi drivers.

5.00My driver, Rob, was so friendly and kind to me. On the way to the hotel, he stopped at a coffee plantation which was absolutely amazing. He was very accommodating and talked a lot about the local culture and things to see and do. It was very refreshing to have someone who was so accommodating, not knowing what to expect in Bali and traveling solo. Part of my amazing experience in Bali had to do with the first interaction I had with anyone there, which was Rob! Thank you so much.

1.00I thought when I booked this I was getting help through the airport in Bali. That was what was represented on your site. However, it was for transportation from the airport and not help in the airport. It appears it was a total waste of my money and effort. Disappointing and annoying.

5.00Stress free arrival. Driver messaged me well I’m advance to confirm pick up, very communicative via WhatsApp. I messaged once I’d gotten through immigration and he sent a photo of his sign and where he was standing which made him very easy to find. Would use again and would recommend!

5.00Smooth as could be. Using WhatsApp to coordinate when we had got bags and what sign we were looking for in the see of pick up signs made it super easy. Clean car, calm driving, good chat and Bali tips along the way.
