Orient Bay Beach

Maho Beach is located on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. It is famous for being adjacent to the Princess Juliana International Airport making it at attraction to visitors and locals alike and for plane-watchers enthusiast

Great Orient and Maho Beach tour

5.00This your was amazing. When we arrived at Orient Beach, there were very few people there. Chairs and umbrellas were included. Beach was really beautiful. When we got to Maho Besch, we got a table at the Sunset Bar at the edge of beach, and saw plenty of planes landing. Really cool to see the planes landing that close. The driver we had was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend this tour.

4.00Driver was great. Beach was quite eroded since our last trip. Make sure you bring cash. They don’t take cards for the chairs, umbrellas or refreshments.

5.00Excellent trip, from pick up to drop off. Driver was very knowledgeable and the two beach stops were perfect. Orient Bay first was beautiful and then we saw much more of the island on the island on the way to Maho Beach. Ideal timing there for some of the bigger jets arriving.

5.00Orient beach was beautiful and relaxing. Maho beach was busier but still really cool to see. Anthony our driver was very knowledgeable about the island and gave us an insider's perspective of where to go and what to see when we return to St Maarten

4.00We had a great time in St. Maarten visiting both beaches. Our tour guide was fabulous and allowed us the most time at both places. I would strongly recommend staying longer at Orient Beach. The beach is bigger, less crowded and very clean. However, once you arrive you will be approached frequently with locals to buy merchandise or a massage. Once they pass it's a very relaxing place. Maho Beach is worth going to to see the airplanes, but it is very crowded. This beach is better to visit later in the afternoon, 2:00 and after once the crowd dies down. We had plenty of water, soda, beer and Rum punch provided by our driver to last us the entire trip. Great Day!!
