In this second part of the El Dorado expedition, your tour begins in Plaza Bolivar, where you will learn about the history of the Libertadores and what was once one country - Nueva Granada (now Peru), Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Panamá and Venezuela. The narrator, Gonzalo Jimenez de Quesada, continues the journey by showing you the statue of himself in the Plazoleta del Rosario. You will hear about the secret expeditions and adventures that occurred while crossing the Andes. Your tour ends with finding proof that the legend of El Dorado was really true, while your narrator takes you to the Museum of Gold, where you can admire an amazing archeological collection of pre-Columbian art. The legend of El Dorado is proven by all the artifacts that can be found here. You will also discover the rituals and secrets of the ancient civilization that inhabited the Andes before the arrival of the colonists.
