Embark on a breathtaking journey through time, beginning above ground along the Ancient Lands Experience. Venture along a pathway winding through native bushland, which leads you to a series of interactive installations that breathe life into the very creation of this remarkable place. Learn about the cultural connections to the land, flora & fauna, the formation of the Leeuwin Naturaliste Ridge and the pristine caves beneath it.

Arriving at the entrance to Ngilgi Cave, prepare to be awestruck as you descend into the heart of the cave, where a self-guided adventure awaits. You'll stand in wonder before majestic stalactites, stalagmites, helictites, and beautifully coloured shawls and be enlightened by a passionate guide stationed inside the cave, ready to share their wisdom.

Great cave experience, though a bit challenging for my 3-year-old. My 5- and 7-year-olds, however, thoroughly enjoyed it! Make sure to wear covered shoes, as there's quite a bit of climbing up and down. It’s also cool inside, so a jacket or at least long pants are a good idea. Don’t forget your water bottle. All that climbing will definitely make you thirsty! The gift shop had really cool items like colour changing ring as your mood changes (I think it's likely temperature change? that's effecting it) but the kids will love this cave and highly recommend it!
