Please bring your passport. Day 1: Dakar City tour and Goree island day trip. We pick you up at 9:00am where you staying. 3 hours visit highlights of Dakar City. independence square/ presidential palace/ cathedral/ kernel markets/ African Renaissance monument/ Mosque of divinity/ West and East cornice/ if it's possible also museum of black civilization.

Goree Island

Goree island. After the city tour crossing with the ferry 20 minutes. If it's necessary lunch before the tour . Visit the former slave house the latest one with the door of no return. After also visit the rest of the island. Return back to Dakar end of the day.

Pink lake and saint Louis overnight. Today you will checkout. Pick up at 9:00am 1 hour drive to the lake. 15 minutes boat 30 minutes free time toilet before leaving.

Fathala reserve lion walk border crossing to the Gambia. 20 minutes drive to fathala reserve 30 minutes lion walk. After drive 10 minutes to the border Senegal and gambia immigration. 1 and half hour drive jufureh museum and kunta kinteh About 2 hours visit. After drive 1 to ferry 40 minutes crossing. Check into your free the rest of the day until the next day.

    Wow, what a fabulous tour of Senegal and Gambia!! Mika and his team delivered on their promise and much more. Thank you Mika for making sure everything went as planned. An even bigger thank you to Malang (guide) and Abdulaye (driver) for making sure I had a fantastic time with them as we toured both countries. They both made sure I was taken care of all the time and went above and beyond every time they could, which is pretty much every day. Had a great time during the entire tour as I created memories to cherish for a lifetime. I recommend Mika and his team hands down. Look no further, they are the experts for Senegal and beyond.

    We went on a fantastic trip to Senegambia in 2024 with my daughter. We had a great time, we feel we got a real taste of these two beautiful countries. I would like to give a special mention to Malang and Ali, without whom this would not have been possible. In Malang, we met a very friendly, informal and helpful guide who tried to accommodate even our smallest requests. Ali drove our vehicle reliably and we never felt in danger for a moment. In both of them we met a true friend. In addition to the cultural, natural and historical attractions, meeting the animals was a priority during our trip. We got the maximum in this respect, they were flexible with Mika from the planning stage. I can only recommend to everyone to explore these two countries of West Africa with this team, because you will have a fantastic experience. Thanks again for everything and we hope to see you on another trip. Laszlo

    This trip gave me a great overview of the most iconic spots of Senegal and Gambia; I also appreciated a lot the ability of Mika in adapting this tour according to my needs as well as unexpected events (my connecting flight to Dakar was canceled and postponed to the following day, but Mika rearranged the tour allowing me to recover the stages that othewise I would have missed)

    We had an amazing tour of Senegal and the Gambia with our very knowledgeable guide Abdoulaye and our very conscientious driver Aly. I can’t say enough about these two men. I will never forget their kindness and professionalism. We visited an array of sites and villages that gave us a unique look at these two countries and the people who live there. Abdoulaye also knew all of the best restaurants to visit no matter where we were. The food was wonderful! This was a very well thought out tour. Besides learning a lot, we walked with lions, touched a crocodile and played with monkeys. Thank you to owner Mika for helping us plan, answering questions before we arrived and arranging airport transit. We highly recommend Triptours Senegal if you’re planning to visit!

    We had Mika Guisse as our tour guide during our entire 2021 Senegal and The Gambia trip. He was magnificent. He is so knowledgeable, patient and informative. He made sure our group got to experience so much more than what we would have on our own or with another tour guide. He got us to Goree Island, Kunta Kinteh Island, a Fulani Village where we were welcomed and got to meet the Chief, The Museum of Black Civilization, The Renaissance Monument, Senegalese wrestling, ATV riding and so much more. He even took us to the clinic to get our mandatory COVID-19 test which was needed to travel between Senegal and The Gambia and then back to the clinic to get the test again which was needed to travel back to the US. And the cost for the test was so inexpensive, we really got a bargain. He also took us to the marketplace to do some last minute shopping before our flights back home. We felt so safe with Mika because everywhere we went, everyone knew and respected him. Our group nicknamed Mika the Mayor of Dakar. Any questions you have about anything in Senegal or The Gambia, Mika is the best person for answers. Do yourself a favor and book with Mika and his team.
