It was really a joy to wander Seoul with GJ/JeeEun! She has lived in Seoul for 30 years and gives real insight into the city’s culture, history, and quirks. I especially enjoyed her pointing out various things that were happening around the city as we walked and what the context was behind those things. She also gave a lot of insights on what it is like to live in the city and have a family there. It was a great time! Bring your walking shoes ;)

We enjoyed a short, but sweet tour of key landmarks in the heart of Seoul. We booked the 3 hour tour, but I'd recommend a longer booking to get the full experience. Our host Chris, was very knowledgeable and managed to tailor the experience a bit for our group. I'd also suggest outlining your preferences and expectations in advance for the tour to ensure you get the best experience possible.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Unforgettable Introduction to Seoul! Our family had the most incredible time on this private tour! If you’re looking for a deep dive into the heart of Seoul’s culture and cuisine, look no further. Our guide , Bella went above and beyond to make the day seamless and engaging for all of us. She’s so Family-Friendly & Sweet with Kids: Traveling with children can be a challenge. She kept all of us especially kids interested and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day. From the beauty of the Gyeongbokgung Palace to the alleys of the Bukchon Hanok Village, the itinerary was perfect. We finished at a bustling traditional market, which was a sensory delight and the perfect intro to authentic Korean street food. One of our favorite moments was dressing up in Hanbok. Our guide didn't just lead us; they acted as a professional photographer, finding the best spots in the palace courtyard to capture amazing family photos that we will treasure forever. This tour was the perfect balance of history, food, and fun. It made our trip to Seoul truly memorable. Highly recommended for families ( first time visit and it was our first day) who want a warm, personalized experience!

Bella was an amazing guide; extremely helpful and flexible picking us up from our Airbnb and taking us all around Seoul, wherever we wanted to go. She was extremely knowledgeable about history, culture, the people, and food. She took us to the Royal palace where we got dressed up and explored the royal grounds, telling us about all the different buildings, customs and beliefs held by the people of the day. She then took us to Insadong where we went to a traditional Korean tea shop. Finally we went to Gwangjang marketplace which was incredible and an experience worth checking out. Thank you Bella for a splendid afternoon!

We also enjoyed a delicious lunch with him. I highly recommend this tour and Andrew! What a great experience.

We covered a lot of ground and it may have been too much and too fast. GJ was very interesting to talk with. Love talking with locals. I not sure what “hidden gems” we saw. Most of the places we saw were listed as major attractions to see, all of which I wanted to see.

Nice city tour with friendly and funny Andrew. He showed many sites throughout the rain affected 4 hours and we were walked away with a better understanding of Seoul and South Korea.

GJ is very knowledgeable, efficient & an absolute joy. She customized the tour to fit our needs (an elder, a child, heavier on the shopping & food tips) & left us pointers on others to see on our own. Highly recommend!

GJ was my host and she was so knowledgeable and accommodating. She put together a great line up of spots based on the interests I had communicated and I really appreciated her experience level and thoughtful nature that she brings to the tour experience always relating back to her guests and their perspective too. I am only in Seoul for 2 days and 2 nights so I very much appreciated my time with GJ - it was a perfect morning and so appreciative!

This is my review: Great experience! The tour was very well organized and gave us the chance to see not only the most beautiful highlights of Seoul but also some hidden places we would never have discovered on our own. Bergen Park was an amazing guide—very knowledgeable, friendly, and he shared many interesting stories about the city and its culture. He also took the time to take beautiful photos of us and shared them afterwards, which made the experience even more special—like having a personal photographer throughout the tour. The whole experience felt very personal and relaxed, not rushed at all. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Bergen, to anyone visiting Seoul who wants to experience the city like a local.
