5.00Really great experience with meet and greet service. Very easy to coordinate with WhatsApp group. We arranged multiple trips from Airport Transfer, Disneyland pickup, and 1 day car hire with driver from Shanghai to Hangzhou. Overall highly recommended, and would definitely use their service again.

5.00Outstanding service from the operator and driver. I thought I would be waiting for my driver as my pick up was at 8am and I was outside at 0750. To my surprise the vehicle was parked and he was waiting for me in front of the hotel. Punctual service. The driver walked me to the entrance and advised he'd be waiting there at pick up time. He didn't speak much English but understood what I was asking and made an effort to greet me in English. I had used the service the day prior for a pick up from the train station to the hotel. It was nice to be assigned the same driver. After booking I received a message from the operator to work out the logistics. He was very helpful, gave me suggestions on pick up time, sent photos to aid me with locating the driver. Gave me advice on the payment app. Great personal caring service!
