What To Expect
1. Before getting to Shanghai, you’ll receive the following information from us: Driver’s name Driver’s photo Driver’s contact Number Vehicle’s plate Number 2. Shanghai Arrival Upon arrival in Shanghai Hongqiao train station, The driver would be waiting for you at the South exit of the arrival hall, holding the placard with your name on it, which is very easy to be recognized..In case you are unable to see our driver (this has never happened before), we strongly suggest you try the following procedure to get in touch with us. We will do our best to solve your problem on the spot. Go to the information desk opposite the terminal exit (staff there speak English and are always ready to help), My Wechat ID: chinatourop, You may find me by searching the ID number. 3. Driver Service Our driver can show you to the nearest toilet and money exchange if you ask. At the hotel/train station, your driver will help you with luggage and check in formalities. The trunks of our vehicles are spacious enough for you luggage. Our vehicles are equipped with Wi-Fi , GPS devices, and a baby seat, please ask your driver if you need them.

5.00The pick up was easy and smooth. I would highly recommend Mr Orange tours. The same morning I had arranged a hotel pick up in another city, it was very last minute, but the company was extremely helpful and communication through whatsapp was very easy and fast. I would use Mr Orange again next time for sure.

5.00We used Mr Orange to take us from the railway to our hotel and again from hotel to airport while in Shanghai. Our driver was prompt and offered us water. Now to why Sophia Rocks. Upon our arrival I sent a note to confirm our airport pickup time being paranoid as a different car service in Hangzhou didn’t pick us up at time expected for our trip to the railway. Time was confirmed and I was all set. During the day I booked a last minute tour through trip advisor not realizing it was for the next evening - the day we were leaving. Once we realized this I cancelled the tour, or so I thought. Not paying attention on my phone app I canceled my airport transfer by accident instead of the tour. The next morning Sophia upon seeing this reached out to confirm the cancellation - probably because the day before I double checked the pickup time. Thank goodness she did as I did not realize I had done that. She assured us she would have the same driver who brought us to the hotel pick us up and he did so at arranged time. Thankful for Sophia being so diligent.

5.00Mr Sun our driver was great, he was at the station to greet us and the car journey to the hotel was smooth and efficient. The company's communication by email & wattsapp was impressive. I would definitely recommend Mr Orange!
