I did not noticed I picked the wrong pick up day till after cancellation/change period. The company was very accommodating in changing the day. The service was prompt. We paid for share but was the only one for pick up. Nice surprise to see my driver holding up a paper with my name posted. Will definitely use them again

The driver was EXCELLENT! First of all, my name was spelt correctly (not often the case!), he was on time and drove me safely to the hotel. He was also very pleasant although we both had language barriers! Would definitely recommend and hope to have the same type of treatment upon my return.
