Great and simple transfer! This is not a private transfer so you might have to wait a little but totally worth it!

We were delayed on our flight from San Jose to Guatemala City about 2 hours. I thought I had e-mailed Grey Line to tell them know we would be late, but apparently it didn't go through. When we got to Guatemala City, Grey Line had left. We called the office and they said they would pick us up at 3, which was a 2 hour wait. 3 0'clock came and went, so we called them again. This time they said 3:30 they would be there. 3:30 came and went, so we called them again. They said they were delayed by traffic so it would be 4:00. By 4:15, we decided to pay for another shuttle that was leaving for Antigua.

The driver did not know how many people he was supposed to pickup. He ended up leaving the airport without us. After we called to the office, the shuttle had to turn around and come back to pickup us. Other than that, the rest of the trip was good.

Our driver was waiting directly outside the airport with a sign with our name on it. It was very easy and as expected. We had to wait about 40 minutes for another guest who was arriving before leaving for Antigua. The ride was pleasant and uneventful. The driver dropped us right at our hostel.

I arrived at Guatemala City Airport with my two children and needed a safe, reliable transport to our hotel in Antigua. The driver was waiting with a sign as we exited baggage claim. The ride was clean, efficient and very easy. Never having traveled to Guatemala before, it was a relief to count on this service. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone needing transport from the airport.

We arrived at Guatemala airport on time.....nobody was there to meet us and we waited 45 minutes for the shuttle severe you were to provide, before taking a taxi directly to antigua guatemala for less money than the shuttle wuld have been.....we tried the phone numbers provided on your website and nobody knew anything about the shuttle service. YET MY CREDIT CARD WAS QUICKLY CHARGED!! And it was not an issue of language etc as I and my Spanish speaking wife have spent any years travelling throughout central america......I wasnt impressed and to me you appear to be a scam!!

We were supposed to be picked up at 7, which we were but then we had to sit and wait at a hotel for 5 people whom were late. We sat in the van for an hour waiting for them, after being on a plane all night. Not fun. We could have arrived to Antigua at 7:45 but instead arrived at 9 due to having to wait on these folks. We paid $20 each for the shuttle. We saw other shuttle signs advertising for $10. Don't know if there would have been a wait but next time will try it.

Excellent service. Met us at the baggage claim exit with a name sign board. Nice clean van. Could not ask for more.

I was met at arrivals by someone holding my name on a sign, a good start. But I was then made to wait in the van for a very long time and was eventually advised to take a taxi instead at an extra cost. Very disappointing.
