5.00The transportation went extremely smoothly both from/to the airport. Once we landed in Turks, went through customs, grabbed our bags and proceeded to outside, the airport employee asked what service we were using, and he called Provo for us. We waited maybe 10 minutes. No one else shared the ride with us. The Provo driver advised us to call Provo a day ahead for the return trip to schedule. The ride back to the airport we shared the vehicle with another couple. Both vehicles were very nice, modern and clean. Both drivers were superb.

5.00George picked us up with Provo Connections. He was amazing! It was like having a tour guide on the drive to our resort. Highly recommend! Even though our flight arrived a half hour early we were picked up very quickly!

1.00Super late getting us from airport by 45 min. Return date despite day prior texting to arrive at hotel at noon they came an hour early and left without calling; they did make it right by sending car again at originally agreed upon time but this added stress while awaiting assurance of pickup; this assurance did not come for about 25-30 min though.

5.00I booked a few days before my trip to T&C, very good alternative. Trevor picked me up at the airport. After picking up my suitcase, I headed for the exit and there it was. I was the only passenger. His driving was perfect. Similarly, on the way back, I confirmed the pick-up time 24 hours before and someone picked me up on time. Perfect Service!
