3.00Transfer from the airport was smooth. Planning for my departure back to the airport was not smooth. The instructions provided indicated that I should contact them 24 hours prior to departure to confirm the details of the transfer. I called and left a voicemail and then sent an email. After receiving no response, I called again a number of hours later and still no answer. I called the helpdesk line and they were also unable to reach the local provider and suggested that if they did not show up as planned I could get a refund. I explained to him that my concern was not about getting a refund but rather determining now whether I needed to arrange for another means of getting to the airport. Finally someone called me back and confirmed my pick up for the transfer to the airport for the following day, which then went smoothly the following day.

5.00We did the sky pass (worth it!) and then booked Provo Connection separately. Would highly recommend if just a couple for group taxi. Couple stops before but very easy to communicate with before and once in Turks for pick up!
