5.00We were immediately assisted when walking out of the airport and only waited a few minutes for our ride. On our trip back to the airport, we were picked up right on time. The vehicles are large and very nice and the drivers were friendly.

1.00Absolutely terrible experience following our canceled flight. My elderly mother and I were placed in an overcrowded vehicle, and in the chaos, my mother's hand luggage was accidentally left behind. When I immediately contacted dispatch, they confirmed they knew exactly which driver had our ride but REFUSED to provide his name or any contact information. Despite multiple attempts to retrieve the bag, we received no assistance whatsoever. The lost bag contained: - All of my mother's prescription medications - Her blood pressure monitor - Personal jewelry - Other essential items This company showed zero accountability and made no effort to help an elderly woman recover her vital medical supplies. The lack of customer service and basic human decency is appalling. We are still without her belongings and have had to replace expensive medications out of pocket.

5.00The booking and pick up was super easy. Airport personnel called them and Trevor picked us up within 5 mins! He was great and gave us advice where to get groceries and to hang out. On our departure we got “stuck” in Turks and Caicos lol. It was during the winter storm and we had to extend our trip. Provo Connection was so flexible with our return reservation…easy to communicate with through WhatsApp! Amazing! Thanks so much for your flexibility!!!
