5.00We went to Cancun for 9 days and had the best experience from bus pickup at cancun airport to bus back to cancun airport after our vacation was over. Nexustours /Sunwing was very helpful in any questions or any problems we encountered and our representative Eric Almazo was there every time we needed him with advice and guidance. I hope if I ever return we have the pleasure of him guiding our needs again. We had an excellent experience thanks to Eric Almazo!!

1.00Just a heads up for anyone booking airport transfers in Cancun — be careful when dealing with NexusTours. I paid $35 USD for what was advertised as a private taxi from Riu Dunamar to Cancun Airport. What we actually got was the complete opposite. We were put on a shared bus — the same one that would have been available to us for free — and they even picked up passengers from other resorts along the way. So essentially, we paid extra for a service we never received. If I had known it would be a shared transfer, I would have just taken the complimentary bus and saved the money. Really disappointing experience and definitely something to watch out for when booking transportation. Make sure you confirm exactly what you’re getting — because in our case, it was not what was promised.

1.00I had booked what I thought was a van to transport my family of 7 people. Our vacation pkg with Westjet included transfer from cancun airport to sandos by bus but we decided to go with a smaller vehicle hence the booking of the van. I assumed shared transport meant shared by 7 people and perhaps 2 more others. When we got to the Viator (nexus) checkin we were told that we would be travelling by bus and that my booking (shared) meant that it could be van or bus depending on number of people. Therefore I paid for something that was already included. I still do not know what happened. I do not know what will happen when it is time to return.
Amstar is the BEST alternative for airport transfers and excursions.

5.00They helped me and my husband With our transport to the airport. They was a big problem because we had to change hotel. But the staff at the excursion desk helped rectify and clear up the situation. They went above and beyond and handled everything fast and efficiently. Laura and 2 other gentlemen were the kindest and most patient. They took my stress level from 10 back down to 0! THANK YOU!

5.00The arrival at the airport was very chaotic. We were at least 500 people waiting for their transportation and, nobody knew where to go. We somehow foundout a clue to where to go and take our transport to the hôtel. Fortunately, Karina at the Riu Palace Kukulkan was awazing. She helped us with everything and made sure our transportation and our stay at the hôtel was perfect. Her enegry and kindness is amazing. She is really awesome! I want to thank her for everything she helped us with our stay at the hôtel!
