1.00Please do not book with this company. When you are making your reservation, it ask you for pick up times as if it will pick You up when you want , but they will not. They will put you on an early schedule that is hours before your flight! And then say that you are canceling when in fact they cannot come to get you. Please do not book with them , the customer service is bad and they don’t care

1.00Company was not aware of us coming. We had no ride from airport to hotel. Bad experience with Nexus group refund was requested through the company. I will not use this company ever again.
