1.00They cancelled my transfer 3 hours before they were supposed to pick me up leaving me with no choice but to book a hotel near by Viator offered a 3 to 7 days refund of my money avoid the whole thing together.

4.00The transfer service to and from Calama airport was safe and reliable. The cost to book through this site is about 3x what it costs to book locally but booking in advance is useful if you like to be organised. There was some issue finding my particular address and delay in getting a response from the service but it all worked out and the transfers in both directions were successful.
