Shamakhi
We begin the morning in the ancient city of Shamakhi, where you'll enjoy a traditional Azerbaijani breakfast in true countryside style. Expect scream-eggs with tomatoes (a local favorite cooked over an open flame), freshly baked tandoor bread, cheese, honey, butter, cream, and piping hot tea. Simple, soulful, and deeply authentic.
Ismailly
As we make our way to Sheki, we’ll take a break in the lush forests of Ismayilli for a tea stop with a local delicacy known as “Three Ears.” Nestled among the trees and mountains, this peaceful setting offers a true taste of the Caucasus — where every breath is filled with the scent of nature and every sip connects you to the land.

I am on May 15, 2026 I took a tour from Baku to Sheki with Travel International. I was very pleased with the tour. Everything was very well prepared. A great route for nature lovers. In particular, our tour guide, Ms. Nazpari, described every place we saw in great detail. We gained knowledge about the places we visited. She explains it with enthusiasm and love, in an understandable way. It's very clear that he loves his job. That's why it's such a good guide. Traveling with Mrs. Nazpari is a privilege. I'm so glad I joined this tour.

Great day trip from Baku to Sheki! Our guide Saed was very knowledgeable & explained the history of various places along the way. Really enjoyed the lunch of ‘piti’ at a local restaurant close to the church in Kish. Despite being a few hours drive back the scenery was very beautiful.

Our trip to Sheki included many worthwhile sights; the journey was a bit long, but it was still worth it. My wife and I loved it and would like to go again. The best part of this trip was our guide, Seyidağa. He impressed us with his historical knowledge and his storytelling style. We were very pleased.

On April 12, we visited the most interesting excursion from "Atitravel" to the ancient city of Sheki. The road followed the picturesque mountains of the Caucasus. Our guide and loyal companion was Raphael.😊 For a long journey (the excursion lasted 11 hours) he did not let us miss. Interesting talk about the history of the places we passed. Revealed the history of the country as a whole. Upon arrival at the site he took a tour of the Shirvanshah Palace. Raphael is an open man with a wonderful sense of humor. We enjoyed the trip a lot. We recommend this guide and travel agency "Atitravel". Anna and Elena, St. Petersburg.

I booked this trip to Sheki through klook. It was a lovely experience. The city and the route to the city both are equally beautiful although it’s kinda long journey but our guide Mr. Sayidga made sure to entertain us. He narrated so much about the history of the city. We even went for a lunch and tea break. lunch was delicious too , we tried local cuisine in there. overall a splendid experience.
