What To Expect
Shamakhi
We begin the morning in the ancient city of Shamakhi, where you'll enjoy a traditional Azerbaijani breakfast in true countryside style. Expect scream-eggs with tomatoes (a local favorite cooked over an open flame), freshly baked tandoor bread, cheese, honey, butter, cream, and piping hot tea. Simple, soulful, and deeply authentic.
Ismailly
As we make our way to Sheki, we’ll take a break in the lush forests of Ismayilli for a tea stop with a local delicacy known as “Three Ears.” Nestled among the trees and mountains, this peaceful setting offers a true taste of the Caucasus — where every breath is filled with the scent of nature and every sip connects you to the land.

5.00I did tours with Syed jn both Gabala and Sheki. It was fantastic and informative and best of all, the trip was smooth and car was comfortable. The agency was also able accommodate some of my asks to customize my trip the way I wanted it. Overall a big plus and I could even stay over in Sheki, which was fantastic

5.00We had a nice 2-day tour with a cheerful, friendly, kind, attentive and helpful guide (Seyidaĝa) who tirelessly helped with everything all the time despite 2 long days where we had many nice different experiences along the way. We also had a really good driver who drove us safely back and forth and probably waited for us. In a rather dangerous situation, he responded rapidly and saved us all from a huge accident.

5.00This trip was one of the most vivid experiences! Everything was organized at a high level: convenient transportation, interesting stops, a well-designed program. But the main decoration of the trip was our guide Ruslan. He gave an incredibly fascinating account of Sheka's culture, history and traditions, while answering all questions and creating a very friendly atmosphere. Thanks to his attention and care, we felt comfortable and easy all day. Particularly enjoyed the palace of Shekin Khans, the caravanserai and, of course, the tasting of the famous Shekin pakhlava. This trip will be remembered for a long time, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends!

5.00I recently visited Sheki with a guide, Fidan, and this place really impressed me. The city immediately feels special - narrow streets, ancient houses and mountains around create a unique atmosphere. The palace of the Khans of Shekin is especially memorable: the stained glass windows spill into the sun so beautifully that you want to stand and watch endlessly. The people there are very kind and hospitable, always happy to help and talk about their city. Nature was also striking - fresh air, green forests and the tranquillity so lacking in big cities. I think I'll definitely go back to Sheki again.
