What To Expect
Gibraltar
Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory and headland, on Spain's south coast. It’s dominated by the Rock of Gibraltar, a 426m-high limestone ridge. First settled by the Moors in the middle Ages and later ruled by Spain, the outpost was ceded to the British in 1713. Layers of fortifications include the remains of a 14th-century Moorish Castle and the 18th century Great Siege Tunnels, which were expanded in WWII
The Rock of Gibraltar
The Rock of Gibraltar is a monolithic limestone promontory located in the British territory of Gibraltar, near the southwestern tip of Europe on the Iberian Peninsula. It is 426 m high. Most of the Rock's upper area is covered by a nature reserve, which is home to around 300 Barbary macaques

5.00Our visit to the Rock of Gibraltar was nothing short of spectacular, and much of that is thanks to our incredible tour guide, Steven Robles. From the very beginning, Steven brought energy, knowledge, and a genuine passion that made the entire experience unforgettable. His deep understanding of Gibraltar’s history, culture, and natural beauty truly elevated the tour. Whether he was explaining the significance of the Great Siege, pointing out hidden viewpoints, or sharing fascinating stories about the famous Barbary macaques, Steven kept us engaged and excited every step of the way. What stood out most was his ability to connect with everyone in the group. He was friendly, patient, and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and never rushed. His enthusiasm was contagious, and it made exploring the Rock feel like a once-in-a-lifetime adventure rather than just another tour. If you’re planning a visit to Gibraltar, I cannot recommend this tour highly enough—but make sure to request Steven Robles. He truly made the experience exceptional, and we left with lasting memories we’ll treasure for years to come.

5.00We booked last min and so glad we managed to get availability. Carl was so knowledgeable, informative & friendly. Minibus was immaculate and had speakers so we could hear the commentary. 1 of our family members is not great walking distance, Carl made sure she did not miss out on any of the stops and was very thoughtful. He had a great rapport with the monkeys. We learnt so much about Gibraltar and thoroughly enjoyed this 3hrs trip, Don’t hesitate to use this family run business.

5.00We had the best time today with Carl! He was informative, kind and exceptional with time management. He got us to all of the tunnels before most people so we had time to explore before the crowds. He was also very patient. You could tell how passionate he is for where he is from! We went shopping and had lunch afterward and had the best time in Gibraltar!! One of the best tour guides we’ve had so far on our trip. :)

5.00Book the tour! Covers all of the major sites in Gibraltar. Ask for Adrian. He’s an incredible tour guide, native to Gibraltar, and ensures you are safe and entertained. Top notch all the way. Would not recommend trying to walk this on your own. Roads are very tight and dangerous and you should not approach the monkeys without knowledge. The caves were amazing and the stops very picturesque. Would do again!
