2.00We went from our msc cruise and it was confusing because pick up requires you to take a shuttle bus to this tour. And helpful tip, you will have to ask to find your exact tour, so please keep that in mind! Our tour guide was someone separately hired for this tour guide in lieu for English speakers. The Italians will receive the owner of the tour guide (incredibly handsome btw) and his gorgeous wife and the ones who speak English have someone from another agency. Without warning, this tour guide (the non Italian) who is in university decides to speak negatively about several American companies and then would interject his opinions about American politics. Which made me and another family couple very uncomfortable. And during our trip shopping in the soukh, he was not helpful but rather insensitive. Also I had my 7 year old son with me and some of the conversations during our 5 person car ride were inappropriate. There were many times I felt that I could barely speak because he kept talking and felt the need to talk over me.

5.00Competent and helpful guide. He gave us all the directions to participate. Very attentive , provided us with water throughout the trip and tastings of typical products such as Arabic coffee and dates.
