There is definately a benefit to a post peak season adventure ride. Erock was the perfect tour guide. Not sure if this is the norm but Erock after assessing our capabilities gave us instructions to the next stopping point with clear instruction of places to be more careful along the way. Then he would zoom forward and let us go at our pace (many times fun and fast) and then we would catch up for pictures and the next instructions. He told us the history and geographical & geological information along the way. He was very knowledgeable.

Super fun ride. Had a few other couples in the group and the ride guide who was super cool. Took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable with their machine and gave us a great tour of the area!

If you're looking for a thrilling yet family friendly UTV excursion, Bair Ranch is the place - and ERocks is the guide you want. Our group (ages 50, 48, 17, 15) had an absolute blast exploring the ranch's stunning and varied terrain. The views were breathtaking, and the equipment was in top-notch condition. ERocks went above and beyond, giving us clear guidance on each trail and making sure we felt confident behind the wheel. Even when we hit a minor bump - a flat tire (my fault!) - he handled it with speed and skill, keeping the fun rolling without missing a beat. Between the kids yelling "faster!" and mom yelling "slow down!" we had nonstop laughs and memories that'll stick. This is the kind of adventure that's perfect for families, friends, and anyone craving a scenic summer thrill. Highly recommended!

Great loation - private ranch with challenging trails. Very beautiful too. Guide (eRock) was knowledgeable, passionate, and made it feel like we were on our own - couldn't see him for most of it which made it even more special. Great experience!

Scenery is beautiful. Bella was a great guide stopping periodically to tell us how to drive the upcoming terrain. Which at times is a bit rough. The ranch is fun to explore on the UTV with terrain varying from high dessert to wooded mountains.

OMG We had such a great time. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the geology and history of the ranch, was very impressive and informative. The trails are varied and oh..so...much..fun! Uphill, downhill, mud, rocks, technical climbing and ascending. Amazing. If we ever go back to that area we will definitely do this again.

We booked this excursion as part of a five-day couples getaway. We stayed outside near Glenwood Springs. It’s a pretty easy drive right off of I-70. I would recommend this if you were looking for amazing views and something to fill the time. The scenery is amazing and overall, it’s an amazing time. We are in our 30s, so the trails weren’t too rough for us, but I would caution anybody with back problems and older folks. The only negative I would say is the cost, Plus, they ask if you want gratuity added at the end, at over $300 for two hours, they can figure out a way to make that included. The guide was informative and had a great personality, I would've tipped but the overall cost was more than enough for the time, equipment, maintenance, insurance, and gas. They should remove this from the end of the tour, seemed awkward and forced. Maybe they should pay him more hourly.
