5.00Friendly staff. The spa centre has their own drivers for pick up and drop off allowing a great flexibility on scheduling. The introduction was clear at start and they didn't force upselling at all. The hot stone massage we paid extra for was very good. However, if the time spent in the sauna and steam room could be longer, it would be even better. All in all it worths the money and time to visit the spa centre

2.00Booked the cheapest Hammam package for me, my son 12 and 7. Pick-up will be on time in front of the hotel. The driver is friendly and helpful, unfortunately the bus stinks of cigarettes, which creates little anticipation for recovery. After collecting more guests from other hotels, we head to KELEBEK Hamam & Spa. The entrance area makes a good impression, on the second, you can see cushions that are already disassembling. Sales pitch like others, there was kindly none with me. Unfortunately, nothing is explained in advance about the process, you are simply sent to the basement. There you can see a counter without employees, changing rooms and a shelf full of cloths. If you stand around without a plan, you are approached by a member of staff and taken to the sauna, then you go to the steam bath, then to the peeling and bubble bath. So far, it's okay. But also nothing to feel good about. Afterwards, you will go to the outdoor pool. Disgusting. Dirty couches, dirty upholstery, chairs lying in the bushes. There you wait until you are picked up for a massage. This lasts 20minutes, that this is so short is explained to you at the beginning by the spa, if I had known before, I would not have gone there. Massage is an absolute standard program and nothing special. The upholstery of the loungers is old and broken. I wouldn't book a longer massage there. Also, my older son, for whom I paid the full price, had everything shortened. That was it after an hour. Wait another 30 minutes to get to the hotel. After 2.5 hours you are back. Conclusion: I wouldn't go there anymore.

4.00We enjoyed our pampering for the most part. We hade never been at a turkish bath house before and thought the staff was wonderful. My husband got a bit rougher massage and was quite sore afterwards and red, so be careful to state which firmness you prefer. They constantly tried to sell more treatment and we got a stone massage and a facial. We enjoyed everything but the facial which was uncomfortable and hastily preformed. The overall experience was good for the price, but the basic package was the most luxurious.
