What To Expect
A magical journey through the mesmerizing underworld of caves & chambers that lie hidden beneath the surface of the jungle. The silent realm of cenotes provide us with a unique space to retreat from the constant stimulus of everyday life, where one can integrate into the stillness & calm of an unseen world that nurtures the one we live in. We explore the depths of a private cenote kept in pristine condition, using only flashlights to explore the labyrinthine chambers and taking the time to seek a connection with our inner selves and the elements around us. We walk, wade and swim in the purest of waters, taking our time to fully explore and feel the energy of this sacred space before allowing ourselves to become completely still - where we engage in meditation and connect with our own personal source and the spirit of the Underworld, harmonizing our frequency with the Earth. As we emerge close to the cave mouth, we are treated to an exclusive concert: soulful, spiritual sound meditation performed by Tulum’s finest musicians, allowing us another level of connection. A truly unique, therapeutic & uplifting experience.

5.00Superb outing with Marco, only with him we descend a staircase at the end of the cave , with lamp.flashlight and life jacket You walk through a black cave with stalactites and stalagmites, catfish, bats, a unique moment suspended in time, landmarks. Highlight of the release a great shamanic concert that takes your soul... one of my favorite outings among the dozen realized, thank you Marco it was great with very clear explanations

5.00We had an amazing cenotes tour in Tulum, and I’m truly satisfied with the entire experience. Our group of five family members and friends came all the way from China — it was our first time in Mexico and our first time exploring the beautiful cenotes. We were very excited and curious, and this tour turned out to be a great choice. Our guide, Iber, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The first cenote we visited was underground and absolutely stunning. During the visit, one of our group members unfortunately had a head injury. Iber immediately took him out for basic first aid and disinfection. After confirming that he was okay, Iber kindly continued the tour and even made sure we didn’t miss the music session that had been interrupted earlier — all while ensuring everything was safe. The second cenote was open-air, and we had a wonderful time swimming there. Afterwards, we had lunch at a local restaurant chosen by the guide — the food was delicious, the owner was welcoming, and the meal was included in the package. Because of the injury, we asked Iber and our driver Aurelius to help us go to the hospital. He took full responsibility for communicating with the hospital staff, and thanks to the tour insurance, all medical expenses, including treatment, minor surgery are covered. Despite the unexpected accident, everything was handled professionally and with care. We’re very satisfied with the service and grateful to Iber and Aurelius. Highly recommended!

5.00Iban was an incredible guide through an absolutely gorgeous cenote. It was a really meaningful experience, he is really knowledgeable about cenotes, the local area, and if I had more time this trip, would absolutely do another tour with him to learn more about the history and culture of Tulum and the surrounding areas. The musician was also wonderful, it provided for a deeply profound experience. As a solo traveling woman, I 100% recommend.

5.00We were picked up at our accommodation by the guide Iber and drove to an underground cenote. First we went for a swim in the Cenote and could swim under stalactites to get into a natural pool. Afterwards we swam deeper into the cave and enjoyed the total silence & darkness. Without a flashlight you can only see something by the “pool”. After the swim a Mayan musician couple were waiting for us. The music was magical & in the background we still heard bats fluttering around.

5.00The cenotes were beautiful, we discovered the underground rivers of Yucatan. Our guide taught us a lot about the formation of these and their history. We ended this incredible day with a musical meditation that allows us to feel all the positive energies of this place. A real cultural and relaxing treat! 5.00A magical experience After a first tour with Mexico Kan Tour, I booked this tour with my family and it was better than we expected. The experience at the private Cenote was amazing! It really allows you to enter another world and connect with nature and yourself. I highly recommend this experience!

5.00We had a wonderful, informative, relaxing time with Frank and Ibir--would definitely do again and again. If you're looking for a more personalized cenote and cultural experience, skip the lines and the tour bus and join them. We spent 3 hours exploring the underground river, meditating and learning about the cave. We then listened to an amazing underground concert. We even got to play the instruments. The tour went at our pace and was one of the most unforgettable experiences we have had in years of coming to Mexico.
