Thank you Jacob for such an amazing experience. You made stargazing so interesting and easy to understand. It was honestly one of the most peaceful and memorable nights of my trip

Good explanation of dark skies and the Milky Way. Enthusiastic guide who pointed out stars, which was interesting. The tour felt slightly rushed at the end with very little time to take own photos. Also a bit disappointed with the quality of photo taken by guide. Overall though a good tour and great to see the stars on what was a clear night.

First time star gazing we both found this to be a very interesting and hugely informative trip. It was great to be in a small group with plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

The location and stars were amazing but got quite a lot of garbeld info from the tour guide. Also would have liked a little more time as it felt rushed - no real time to take our own photos

Good communication about weather. Notified us early evening about monitoring cloud cover and that they would make a call on whether trip was a go or not 1 hr prior. Just as we were getting in car to go they notified us that it was cancelled- exactly 1 hrs before event. Obviously not their fault. And refund given.

I already paid full amount on the Viator app for 4 people, but the tour charged me an EXTRA USD$48.21 on the day of the tour 2/7/26 at 10:30PM. I’m upset because we had a cloudy night, so my guide said he would try to get us a discount since the cloud kept blocking the stars when he positioned the telescope. But I got charged an extra amount, how does that make sense.

Brilliant experience- knowledgable guide and immersive activity. Recommended for all group types. Well done Alex and Yuki! Enough detail to make sense of what was being looked out without too much detail to overwhelm. Great telescope to see Jupiter and Orion’s Belt. Amazing! Very well organised and coats for loan if you need one.

We lucked into a perfectly clear night and it was magic. Our guide Sam was full of information & anecdotes and kept us entertained and engaged. The outing could not have been better.

Wonderful views of the southern starry sky, very good organization with short bus ride, provided thick jackets (highly recommended!) and very good telescope. The young guide was rousing and very competent overall in clear skies absolutely recommended!

Very engaging experience. Terrific dark sky reserve. Clouds rolled in before end of experience and the operator made good with a partial refund without us having to even ask.
