Sit back and relax as you enjoy a transfer from Changi International Airport to Singapore Hotel. You will be picked up by your driver/guide depending on your flight's arrival time.
You will then enjoy Singapore scenery while traveling to your hotel in Singapore, worry free. The transfer length is around 15-20 minutes and is available year-round, 24 hours a day.

FOR AIRPORT PICK UP: Upon arrival at Changi Airport Meet and greet by our representative and transfer to Hotel=Notes: Max waiting time for arrival transfer is 60 Minutes from Flight Arrival Time.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1-2 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
Not wheelchair accessible.
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator. prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions..
Please look at the Arrival Hall area and look out for our representative who will hold a A4 Size Placard with your Booking Guest Name Stated at Arrival Hall Paging Area.

1.00The driver could not find the front entrance to the hotel lobby and literally left us around the corner to carry our luggage (at night) and left us to find our own way. Unacceptable!!! He even left the van to make a phone call and we the van. After about 5 minutes sitting in an idling van, we got out and had to fend for ourselves.

3.00The driver spoke very difficult English. Our flight arrived early and the driver did not follow the flight to adjust his arrival at the airport. So we waited almost an hour... After a flight of 10 hours and a time difference of 7 hours, it was frustrating! We'll take a taxi to the airport next time!
