What To Expect
Your private driver will meet you at the airport arrival hall and take you directly to your pre-selected drop-off location. He/she will be waiting for you at the arrival hall, holding your name-plate for ease of identification. Our professional drivers are licensed, with many years of safe driving experienced. You can be assured of a clean and comfortable ride, as our fleet of vehicles are less than 3 years old and regularly maintained.

5.00Our airport transfer service in Shanghai was excellent. The driver was very punctual, waiting for us right at the arrivals area despite a small delay we had clearing customs. This was a relief after a long flight, as it allowed us to relax knowing we wouldn’t have to rush. The driver was patient and professional, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable, which made the ride to our hotel smooth and enjoyable. 5.00These guys are amazing! Great communications. When we arrived in Singapore we prearranged our pick with time and flight number. Unfortunately when we arrived there was a delay in one of the four checked suitcases. The suitcase was eventually located we proceeded to exit the airport through the “nothing to declare” lane. My friend had purchased a foldable pocket knife while we were in Bali… needless to say he was stopped by customs officials and detained. The driver was very understanding and waited as long as possible. Eventually my friend was released and we made our way to the waiting driver. Our driver was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this service.
