Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Child seats are mandatory for all young passengers under 1.35m in height. There will be a surcharge of USD15.00 per child seat made payable via cash to the driver at the pickup location
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall at the door nearest to your baggage claim belt while holding a signboard with your names on it. Upon meeting your driver, please present your voucher for verification and proceed to be escorted to your vehicle to prepare for boarding.
