What To Expect
Pagoda Street
Your first stop is a store specializing in bakkwa, jerky-like meat, slow grilled over charcoal with the same secret recipe handed down from generations ago. Savor the honey sweet, appetizing bakkwa or get a pack as a take-away souvenir. Stroll around a little more past the various small stalls that sell a plethora of tropical fruit, including the king of fruits, Durian, as well as fresh seafood and daily goods.
Chinatown Complex
Continue onwards to a hawker center and explore the myriad of food stalls before tasting either “carrot cake” or Char Keow Teow. Warm up your appetite with this popular side dish that uses the simplest ingredients. Your main course of the day is at the first street-level Michelin stall.

5.00Our guide was superb and in the we tasted a lot more dishes than was planned from the beginning. There where a lot of references to the Michelin guide. The food tasted was exquisite.

5.00Very good food tour in Chinatown. We have learned a lot about the food of Singapore, the history and tasted some delicious dishes along the way. Plenty of food and enjoyed every dish for its uniqueness. Well organised. Would highly recommend.

5.00I got to experience multiple different types of foods to main meals, snacks, and deserts. Also I received a how to on finding two hidden locations that being a 2D cafe and a Harry Potter themed bar. Would recommend

5.00Take money with you for bathroom/toilet paper use while in the Hawker stalls. I would prefer smaller dinner selection and one added Hawker stalls item to try however food was very good!
