Magdelene was an excellent, effervescent tour guide. She was chock full of interesting information and colorful stories. She took great care of us, zipping us from place to place . The boat ride was enjoyable, with one of the most comfortable boats and her commentary along the way. Both light shows were great. At the Supertrees, she took great care to take us to a "secret" spot for a wonderful view. Our only negative is that we got to the boat just as it was leaving, barely made the start of the Spectra show and were behind the crowds, and rushed to get to the Supertrees in time. Even with this, we thought it was a great tour and worth the money.

My wife and I and two friends just finished this tour with our guide Magdalene. We’ve traveled extensively and been on many tours, and Magdalene ranks among the best guides we’ve had. As a second-generation Singapore native, she shared a wealth of information regarding day-to-day life, from the complexities of public housing to the eye-watering costs of owning a car. She is very personable and was incredibly caring toward our elderly friends—constantly checking in and making sure they had a place to sit and watch the shows. One thing I really appreciated was the communication; the tour company contacted me on WhatsApp early in the day to provide our guide's name and contact information. The tour provides a trio of great experiences in a very efficient 3-hour window. Magdalene started with some solid background information before we boarded the Singapore River boat for a 40-minute tour. The boat had ample indoor seating under a roof and an open area at the back for photos. We left just before sunset, which was the perfect time to see the city light up. After the boat tour, we had time for some fun photos at the Merlion. Magdalene is a pro at the "iconic" poses (like the one where it looks like you’re drinking the water!) and was more than happy to snap pics of our group. We then met our driver for a nice air-conditioned ride to Marina Bay Sands for the Spectra Light and Water display. The show was crowded, but she guided us to a spot with a great view. Next, we hopped back into the van for a ride to Gardens by the Bay for the Rhapsody Light Show. We liked this one even better—it’s a very unique experience laying on the ground looking up at the Supertrees "dancing" to the music. I will note that even with the van waiting for us, the timing between the two shows was tight due to heavy traffic. Honestly, without a dedicated driver waiting, there is no way we would have made it to the second show on our own. In summary, this was a phenomenal evening and a highlight of our trip so far. If you only have one night in Singapore, this is the most efficient way to see the icons!

We booked this tour expecting a well-organised evening experience, but it was deeply disappointing. The driver arrived around 30 minutes late, then drove in circles collecting guests — including stopping at one location where no one was there. We passed the same streets multiple times while the driver rushed to make up time. There was no clear itinerary provided at booking, and we were shuffled between buses and left waiting at various stops without explanation. The weather was severe (heavy rain, thunder and lightning). While rain can’t be controlled, guest safety and comfort should be considered. We were directed to walk through Marina Bay Sands in torrential rain and were soaked. The boat ride proceeded, but there weren’t enough covered seats, so we opted not to join. Most disappointing was the company’s response — our concerns were dismissed as “normal for shared tours,” and no refund or goodwill was offered. Overall, extremely poor value and poorly managed.

5🌟Highly recommended The Nocturnal Wonder Tour was pure nighttime magic from start to finish. Singapore already shines in daylight, but at night it feels like the city quietly switches on its secret mode. The evening unfolded beautifully, beginning with the Spectra Light & Water Show. The music, lasers, and reflections dancing across Marina Bay set the tone perfectly. From there, Garden Rhapsody at Gardens by the Bay was simply mesmerizing. Watching the Supertrees come alive under the night sky felt calm, cinematic, and oddly emotional. Merlion Park was the perfect pause. Fewer crowds, cooler air, and that iconic skyline glowing softly behind us made it one of the best photo stops of the night. But the true highlight, without question, was the nighttime river cruise. Gliding along the Singapore River while the city lights reflected on the water was something else entirely. Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, Marina Bay… all of it felt more intimate, more alive, and more beautiful from the river. It was peaceful yet vibrant, the kind of experience that makes you slow down and just take it all in. Everything was well timed, smooth, and thoughtfully planned. This tour isn’t about rushing from stop to stop, it’s about experiencing Singapore at its most elegant and atmospheric. If you want to see the city at its best, when the lights are on and the crowds thin out, the Nocturnal Wonder Tour is an absolute must. I definitely recommend this tour 🌙✨
