Customer to ensure contact number given on booking voucher is reachable.Waiting time is 15 minutes from time of request.In any case if waiting time is up and customer is uncontactable,driver will leave the pickup point and no refund will be given to customer. If customer require driver to wait for them after 15 minutes waiting is up,it'll be chargeable at $10 every 15 minutes waiting to be paid directly to driver.
