  This revamped distillery visitor centre offers a premium feel, while still retaining a level of authenticity and warmth. The guides are very knowledgeable. The staff members we met were all very friendly. The range of whisky offered on the tour was of high quality, and each one showcased a subtle difference, which allowed us to make an informed decision when purchasing a few bottles in the shop. The design of the visitor centre was welcoming and relaxing, with plenty of seating and a very nice bar offering cakes, coffees and delicious cocktails, all of which we enjoyed. The shop sells a wide range of items, not too much to be overwhelming, and all branded items are of great quality. There is something for everyone too, even the non-drinkers. Take away driver drams are offered. There are dog biscuits, EV chargers, accessible tours and even handheld devices that offer tours in BSL sign language.   Absolutely amazing experience. We booked the whisky pairing experience and it was worth every penny. From the beautiful distillery to our Incredible guide. Isaac was thoughtful, friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. He truly made the tasting the awesome time that it was. He took us through every whisky and suggested what we should try after based on our individual tastes. Do this experience, it’s absolutely worth it!

  This experience is truly luxurious, I had the pleasure of taking the tour with my partner and the tour guide only, which meant we had the tour guides full attention. I asked lots of questions and was so impressed by the efficiency and sustainability of the distillery. It’s a super traditional outfit with employees that have incredible attention to detail and great customer service. Be sure to try a whiskey sour with their 11yro. 👌

  I had a great time visiting The Singleton Distillery. The place has a really relaxed vibe, and Brian was an awesome guide. He answered all our questions and shared loads of interesting info without making anything feel complicated. The tasting at the end was definitely the highlight. The whiskies were much better than I expected, and learning how to taste them properly made a huge difference. I actually came away from the tour enjoying whisky on its own for the first time, not just in cocktails.
