What To Expect
Your designated Driver/Host will meet you inside Baggage Claim with a sign with the name on reservation at your time of arrival. Delays on flights happens often, is this happen to your flight or the flight before yours, you can expect a driver-delay of 30 minutes. The office will always be in contact with you to keep you updated on your driver's status. You will have your driver's name and phone 1-day prior reservation in case you need it. This is a one-way service. For a round-trip service please book this same product twice will all details corresponding to each service need it (pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, and a valid phone number - driver will be in contact with you before each service). For pick-ups at the SJU airport, the meetup location is at your Baggage Claim area. PICKUP and DROP-OFF Available at Airbnb, Hotels, Ports, Airports and any specified location in the selected municipality - San Juan. Please make sure to specify your pick-up and drop-off locations during booking. Same price for all travelers (kids and adults). 3.00If you have a group and you all come at different times they did not pay attention to your pick up time! They were late after they had it wrong and to be honest the short distance our hotel was from the airport this was a rip off Lyft is cheaper.
