5.00Extraordinary! A site that makes you reflect on the ingenuity and social nature of humans, but also our capacity for cruelty. Add into that mix the violence and unpredictability of the natural world, and, well. You can't help but be staggered. Prepare to discuss with your travel partners for long after you've left! LouLou is an energetic force of nature, funny and full of fascinating information on the site. When other tourists would unknowingly cut in line or crowd areas, she would kindly but firmly explain the rules or flow of traffic - really, a gift to both our tour and everyone on site. Iamme Ia are true pros who love their home and are proud to share it with people.

5.00We got right in to Pompeii. The guide gave us a good overview of the history. We walked around to see several different areas. We had time at each highlight to take photos. There were some steps and inclines to maneuver so agility to walk on ancient stones is required.

4.00Ride from Sorrento to Pompeii on charter bus was comfortable and smooth. Our guide for Pompeii was excellent with his history and knowledge of key points. We're given ample time at the beginning and ending of tour to use the facilities and get a snack. Very pleased we chose the early morning tour because as we were leaving, it was getting very crowded and warm.
