Guide was very knowledgeable but could of walked and talked rather than standing in spots to talk so we could see more

4.00Bus was nice, meeting point was easy to find restaurant staff could of helped more when you ordered coffee they just gave you a receipt and didn’t tell you that you then needed to go order it

4.00Ride from Sorrento to Pompeii on charter bus was comfortable and smooth. Our guide for Pompeii was excellent with his history and knowledge of key points. We're given ample time at the beginning and ending of tour to use the facilities and get a snack. Very pleased we chose the early morning tour because as we were leaving, it was getting very crowded and warm.

5.00Lucio was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide! He did an excellent job explaining the history of Pompeii and pointing out unique aspects. He made sure we saw the most interesting parts with limited crowds. He also did a great job of keeping the group moving along while also considering a tour member who was somewhat impaired mobility. Giuseppe was also a great driver. Grazie! Highly recommend this tour company in Sorrento. It’s centrally located, professional and has stellar customer service. Also very reasonably priced.

5.00This tour was amazing! The guides were nice, knowledgeable and accomodating. They answered all our questions. The tour is actually very uneven for those with any walking difficulties, but the guides were sure to help those who needed a rest. The tour was only one part of the park - the entire site is enormous. For the money the trip is absolutely worth it.

4.00Our main your guide on the bus Nello and driver, Rosario were excellent. However we did not care for the local guide in Pompeii. While he was knowledgeable, he did not stop for the group to explain and kept on walking as he was talking. If you fall behind you miss his explanation. Couple of people tripped and fell. I did not think he even realized and kept on walking. However overall Pompeii experience was great.

3.00Our guide Lucio was very informative. I found the tour to be a little rushed. The group size was larger than I expected. The tour guide kept walking ahead and a lot of people were falling behind and found it hard to keep up. It was hard to hear the guide when he was too far ahead as we lost radio contact and couldn’t hear him through our ear piece. We enjoyed seeing the different areas and having an explanation and get an understanding of what life was like. We had some time to stop and take photos. Personally I would have liked to have some free time to go further exploring some sites that were not covered and taking more photos.
